Monday 30 November 2015 11.57am

Grow your own leaders with HoopleHoople is offering funded leadership and management development programmes to Herefordshire businesses.

As an approved training centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the UK’s largest leadership and management qualifications body, the programmes are targeted particularly at aspiring or junior managers.

On offer are a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Team Leadership and a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Management. The programmes are both part of the apprenticeship framework and hence are part or fully funded by the Government as part of its drive to upskill Britain’s workforce.

The Level 2 qualification is aimed at new or aspiring team leaders who want to develop themselves as leaders and managers. The Level 3 is for individuals who want to take their first step into line management, or those who already have management responsibilities. There are no entry requirements for either programme, but participants must not already hold a degree or any other qualification that is of a higher level than the management development programme they’re hoping to undertake.

Course content is flexible and lasts from 12-18 months, dependent upon participants’ work schedules and company requirements.
