HR enhanced support

A flexible and adaptable service that gives you additional hours of dedicated casework support and advice on more complex employee issues.

Along with all the support provided in our HR essentials service, you will be allocated a dedicated account manager who will provide face-to-face support in areas such as:

  • Policy and workforce development initiatives
  • Advice and coaching through employee restructure or pay and reward programmes
  • Attendance at any hearings and appeals
  • HR training sessions

We can also (at an additional cost) undertake document reviews and audits for you.
