Our client is looking for a highly experience PA to the co-ordinate there busy Tax Projects Team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Fielding calls
- Updating workflow schedules
- Correspondence and file management
- Admin support
This role will suit a confident self-starter with the drive to effectively support this busy team.
The role involves liaising with clients so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent IT skills are also required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and efficient with an attention to detail. Experience working in a similar office-based role is essential.
Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
