This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to cook and would enjoy working in a busy arts centre.  Within this role you will have the freedom to create your own dishes, collaborate on menu development with the Head Chef and be a leading member of a hard-working and very friendly team. 

The Courtyard’s award-winning cafe bar is open at least six days a week for lunchtime and evening service as well as drinks, cakes and snacks throughout the day.  We offer seasonal menus with daily specials as well as our famous comedy night curries and also cater for conferences and other special events within the building.  All food is freshly prepared and cooked on the premises. 

This varied and challenging role would suit a confident person with creative flair who loves working as part of a close-knit team.
