We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic person to work with students who are most vulnerable to exclusion, to improve their behaviour.
You will be responsible for the successful running of the Behaviour Recovery Room, running after school detention and ensuring successful reintegration of students into lessons.
You will have prior experience of working with young people (11-18) in a learning environment, and an ability to develop positive working relationships with young people and their parents and carers in person, via the telephone and via email.
You will be a confident and effective communicator who can use ICT proficiently to support student learning, and organisational administration.
