We are an Academy that is growing and moving forward. Staff work closely as a team and pride themselves on never giving up on a pupil. This is, however, a challenging environment where resilience and a deep commitment to supporting young people with Special Educational Needs are paramount.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our Primary team at the Brookfield School.

The successful candidate must have a passion for student learning with high expectations of achievement and behaviour, excellent teaching skills and an ability to contribute and work with a team. You will be an outstanding relationship builder, you will also know how to inspire the pupils and support them to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to learning.

If you share our determination to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our pupils, we can promise you a collaborative culture, ongoing professional development and ample scope to use your creativity and initiative as part of a highly energised and supportive team.

The Brookfield School can offer you:

  • a nurturing environment with a commitment to continuous professional development.

  • a supportive and dedicated team of Senior Leaders, teachers and wider staff,

  • excellent relationships with families, carers and the wider community.

  • A commitment to staff wellbeing through performance management and provision of activities and support

All candidates must have a desire to go above and beyond and a passion for working with children that have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

The Brookfield School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

All vacancies that involve working with vulnerable adults and/or children will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check at Enhanced level.
