Job details

From 1st September 2022

You would be responsible for leading, managing and developing inclusion, safeguarding and child protection and LAC for the Academy Trust as well as leading and managing pastoral care, mental health support, behaviour management and reward systems for the High School.

You would be acting as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Prevent Lead for the High School but would be liaising with the Primary Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure consistency and comprehensive coverage.

You would be working in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team and consult as appropriate with the Local Authority, Trustees, staff, outside agencies pupil, parents and carers.
