We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and experienced person for the position of School Business Manager. This post is responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including site and estate management, aspects of delegated financial management, health and safety, support staff resourcing, compliance and administration.

You will have experience of leadership and management, and a degree or graduate level professional qualification. Previous experience in an educational setting would be advantageous.

 

John Masefield was recognised by OFSTED in September 2017 as a good school. It is particularly noted for the quality of the curriculum, care, guidance and support, and leadership and management. We have excellent standards of pastoral care based around our excellent year leaders and form tutors, a vibrant and exciting house system and superb enrichment opportunities.
