An exciting opportunity to join our superb student services team
and make a real difference to the lives of our students.
Whitecross Hereford is seeking to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker.
We are looking for a person who is interested in joining a great school where team work and collaboration lie at the heart of our work to provide an outstanding education for our students.
Our resources are some of the best around but it is our people who make our school what it is. If you want to join a staff committed to working together to be the best, supported by a comprehensive leadership and development programme, then we want to hear from you.
The Behaviour Support Worker will join a student services team who provide a range of support to help our students make the most of their learning. The post will involve promoting the highest standards of student behaviour by working alongside pastoral teams and senior leaders to investigate any incidents that occur, gather any necessary evidence and seek resolutions in accordance with our behaviour policy. The role will involve supporting individual students and small groups as well as assisting the broader work of the student services team. As a key member of the student services team, the safeguarding of children will understandably be at the heart of the role.
Our students are fantastic; the school is popular and thriving and our belief in the potential of every child underpins everything we do.
We want our students to be supported by people who demonstrate the highest professional standards and who share our passion to provide the best possible education for our students. The successful candidate will be organised, methodical, a great communicator and able to build strong relationships with students and their families.
Whitecross Hereford, High School and Specialist Sports College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; the successful candidate must receive a satisfactory enhanced DBS check before taking up the post.
