The posts will provide appropriate support and assistance to identified students with Educational, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), who will be joining the College in September, 2020.  The roles will rely on the ability to develop independence and empower the student to access the curriculum, workshops, or resources whilst providing appropriate practical support where necessary.

Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, enjoy working within a team, and be well organised with excellent communication, administration, and digital skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy, trust, great interpersonal skills, and to communicate and motivate the student effectively.
