We are seeking to appoint an Additional Learning Support Co-ordinator to oversee the specialist support team within Hereford College of Arts.
Applicants will be expected to lead a small and experienced team in continuing to develop and enhance the Colleges excellent support provision. The successful candidate will be able to lead on formal assessments for students requiring exam concessions.
Applicants will need to hold either a current Level 7 Diploma in Teaching and Assessing Learners with Dyslexia/Specific Learning Difficulties or a Level 7 Organisation Postgraduate Award of Proficiency in Assessment for Access Arrangements (PAPAA).
You will need to be passionate about the area, with enthusiasm and drive, enjoy working within a team, and be well organised with excellent communication, administration, and IT skills.
