Our well-established client is looking for a quality administrator to perform the administrative function of the quality team’s governance meetings with regard to meeting schedules, agenda items, paper collation, preparation and dissemination.
Main Responsibilities

To perform the administrative function of meetings chaired by the Associate Director of Nursing/Director of nursing as requested, to include, managing meeting schedules, agenda items, paper collation, preparation, and dissemination.

To minute the governance meetings and QAC and other groups as appropriate to the role (for example out of hours clinical governance, medicines management) ensuring accurate records are kept and maintained.)

To communicate sensitive and confidential information appropriately with colleagues.

To maintain the quality Mailbox

To act as the point of contact with external agencies using the quality mailbox.

To support the Associate Director and Director of nursing in ensuring that safety alerts are disseminated and actioned appropriately via GP TeamNet.

To oversee and manage the diary of the Associate and Director of Nursing and Quality where appropriate.

To provide support and develop key elements of assigned work streams and/or of various quality improvement projects under the direction of the Associate Director/Director of Nursing and Quality.

To ensure all documents produced confirm to the company style.

To organise and plan events relating to the Quality agenda

Previous secretarial experience

Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
