Due to funding from the Reaching Communities Fund, Vennture is seeking additional link workers to expand its Family Mentoring Team. The Link Worker will work alongside families who are finding things tough and need support to overcome the barriers they are facing to reach their full potential. You will be working in a supportive team, with strong, appropriate professional supervision and clear ethos based on ‘Loving People Better’. We want to show them unconditional love, help them rediscover hope and support them in making different and often challenging choices for themselves
If you are an inspirational and committed individual with a real desire to support people, we want to hear from you.
