The Purple Leaf Education programme needs an additional facilitator to join its team. This exciting opportunity will enable the successful candidate to be part of shaping a new stage in our delivery. Online, e-learning and face to face delivery in groups and on an individual basis make this a wide-ranging role in a progressive, adaptable and flexible team. 

The successful candidate will have relevant experience of facilitating and delivering a wide range of training programmes including delivering to children and young people, community groups and professionals in both groups and on a 1:1 basis. They will be required to have an understanding of the nature and impact of sexual violence and experience of working in this sector.

 

The successful candidate should be able to:

 

  • Develop and deliver training focused on providing a range of specialist sexual violence awareness and interventions in both face to face and online settings.
  • Deliver our educational resource Purple Leaf Education, within educational settings to a range of children and young people of various ages in both groups and on a 1:1 basis.
  • Consider and respond to child safeguarding issues when engaging with all children and young people.
  • Contribute towards service development.

 

The post is based in Worcestershire but the successful applicant must have the ability to travel throughout Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire.
