Michaelchurch Escley Primary School is a thriving dynamic, rural school proud of its supportive ethos and its beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Black Mountains. The post may be in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 depending on the strength of the applicant, please state your specialisms on the application.
Salary dependent on experience. NQT's are welcome to apply. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding practitioner who can demonstrate that they have;
- Experience of delivering literacy/numeracy relevant to the pupil's needs, experiences and interests, and enhance pupil's understanding.
- Creative hands-on approach to the curriculum
- High expectations and willingness to support all children and enable them to reach their true potential
- An understanding of the use of effective marking techniques to help pupils make progress
- The ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to lead staff development in key areas
