This is an opportunity to join the senior leadership team of a school that is in an exciting phase of its development.

The successful applicant will lead and manage teaching and support staff across Earl Mortimer College's Mathematics faculty and will have overall responsibility for outcomes, curriculum development and the quality of teaching and learning in this area. You will work with other members of SLT to monitor and track the progress of pupils, the quality of teaching and learning and attendance and behaviour within the faculty.

In addition to the leadership and management of Mathematics, there is an additional responsibility to develop our existing STEM provision.

You will be an exceptional middle/senior leader with a demonstrable commitment to helping all students achieve their best, despite their background. With high expectations of behaviour, you will motivate staff and students through high quality leadership and management. You will be an innovative manager, able to analyse and interpret College data to support clear, strategic decisions. You will be well supported by the senior leadership team to ensure that the overall College vision is achieved.  Experience of leading a successful Mathematics department is essential.
