We are seeking to recruit an experienced Clerk with strong communication and organisational skills to support our Governing Body. The main purpose of the role is to provide advice to the governing body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters in regards to exercising the governing body functions:


  • Provide effective administrative support to the governing body and its committees
  • Take meeting minutes, finalise agendas and guide the FGB as required 
  • Manage information effectively in accordance with legal requirements
  • Ensure the governing body is properly constituted
