An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Teacher of Hearing Impaired children or an experienced teacher with an interest in the hearing impaired to join the Herefordshire Hearing Impairment Team starting in September 2019. The team works with hearing impaired pupils across Herefordshire providing support and advice to children and young people (aged 0-25yrs), parents/carers, other professionals across a variety of settings, including the home, nurseries, schools, colleges and other specialist provision.
Successful team-working experience and excellent inter-personal skills are essential.
The Hearing Impaired Team is part of a wider team and so any experience or interest in KS3/4 and/or Physically Disabled children would also be an advantage.
