Herefordshire Pupil Referral Service (HPRS) provides education to pupils unable to attend mainstream school for various reasons.

HPRS consists of the St David’s Centre (Years 10 and 11 pupils), The Aconbury Centre (Years 7, 8 and 9 pupils) and H3 - the Hospital & Home Teaching Team - (pupils in all school years).

HPRS provides a safe, secure and welcoming learning environment in which young people can grow as responsible, independent and self-confident learners. We are on an exciting journey of school improvement and have made rapid and significant improvements of which we are all very proud. The service benefits from a supportive Management Committee, an effective Senior Leadership Team and a dynamic team of experienced, committed staff.

This position will be based at the St David’s Centre although you could be required to work at any of the centres within the Herefordshire Pupil Referral Service

We wish to appoint enthusiastic and committed Administration Assistant to provide administration and financial support to the Herefordshire Pupil Referral Service.

- Experience of ordering and invoicing and monitoring a budget;
- Ability to work with a wide range people including pupils, parents, teachers, and external organisations;
- Computer Literacy, preferably in school-based finance systems such as Business World;
- Flexibility to work to meet the demands of the post and a team player.
