Herefordshire Pupil Referral Service (HPRS) is looking for an outstanding and inspirational teacher to implement our Behaviour Support Programme for pupils in secondary schools across the county, in addition to supporting pupils placed on intervention programmes within the service.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting pupils who present challenging behaviour by identifying strategies, creating support programmes for individuals and small groups, and liaising with professionals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can work independently and as a key member of a professional team.
This is a great time to join the HPRS team as we develop our behaviour outreach provision moving towards an outstanding educational support service for Herefordshire.
