Trinity Primary School is a large city school with approximately 600 pupils on roll and is on the northern edge of the city in the Three Elms/Moor farm area. We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and inspirational School Business Manager to play an integral part in the efficient organisation of our business and administration systems.
Working in a primary school is like no other work setting; it is extremely busy, vibrant, lively, full of energy and subject to constant change. At the heart of our culture is a team of individuals who enjoy working together to create extraordinary outcomes for our children through enthusiasm, passion, commitment and determination. To enhance our business operations, we now require a School Business Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can deliver quality first operational outcomes in all areas of school business management whilst supporting the Senior Leadership Team. The School Business Manager qualification is not essential but a commitment to achieving this accreditation is. We would welcome applications who may have some of the necessary qualifications and skills and have aspirations to become fully competent in all aspects of the role. Starting scale is therefore negotiable. You will need:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Skills, attributes and professional qualities to lead and motivate a team;
- Knowledge and experience in financial management systems;
- Motivation to use such skills in a fast-paced, exciting and supportive environment;
- An ability to remain clam and patient even under pressure.
Working Arrangements: 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, including a 1 hour lunch break, and 8.30 to 4.00pm on Fridays.
Visits to the school by prior appointment are strongly encouraged.
Trinity Primary School is committed to the protection and safety of its pupils and therefore all candidates will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check at Enhanced Level.
