An opportunity has arisen in our successful key stage 3 provision for a dynamic Training Instructor to facilitate high quality PE and Outdoor Learning opportunities. We are seeking an experienced practitioner with proven ability in engaging challenging young people with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and motivating disengaged students, whether in a mainstream school, PRU or special school.
The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, be able to think on their feet, a passion for developing young people, a team ethos and a good sense of humour.
You will work closely with the Deputy Head Teacher and staff and be part of the on-going development of the Referral Service.
