On behalf of the Governors of Westfield School Hoople are looking for a Teaching Assistant SEN Level 2 from late Autumn Term 2020.
Westfield School provides specialist provision for 2-19 year olds and is based in the market town of Leominster, in the North of Herefordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Westfield School, based in our complex needs class. Experience of working with young people with Autism and/or complex communication needs, specifically those requiring structured teaching, is an essential part of this role.

Working in small class sizes, we deploy a wide range of teaching and learning strategies to engage and support the overall progress of our learners, as well as supporting them during lunchtimes. As a teaching assistant, you will have a passion for working with pupils and young people to help them achieve their full potential; you should also be confident in supporting a range of behaviours.
