Grade: 03HPL

13 hours per week (2 days) – term-time only (38 weeks of the year)

Annual salary £5,449.60 - £5,558.52 per annum

Permanent variable contract
(permanent variable range 10 - 20 hours per week)

On behalf of the governors of Weston-under-Penyard Primary School, Hoople are seeking to appoint a Nursery Assistant to work with our growing team of staff and children.  The chosen candidate will also be able to contribute to the ethos, high expectations and Christian values of the school. Weston-under-Penyard is a welcoming and expanding Primary School judged ‘Good’ by OFSTED

 

As a Nursery Assistant you will work with children, planning and implementing learning and creative activities in line with the early years curriculum. Ensuring high standard of early years education. Assisting carrying out reports and observations of children, ensuring health and safety standards are met, following policies and procedures and interacting with parents and updating them on child's progress and all other related responsibilities. You must be able to take the initiative within a small team, have excellent personal literacy and numeracy skills.
