Altogether Care are looking to recruit part time and full time Community Support Workers to join our friendly team! We are a domilicary care agency based in Herefordshire, providing care to service users in their own home across the county. We work on a 'Fixed Availability' basis - meaning that the availability we agree upon commencement of employment is the continued availability you will work each and every week! You do not need experience to join us here as we will provide all the training you need before starting the job as well as continued paid training and support throughout employment. This includes a thorough, in-house training programme delivered by our friendly trainers, online training, a variety of paid shadow hours to ensure you are introduced to service users before beginning work on your own, and in in-depth induction programme. All employees are given the opportunity to work towards a QCF Level 3 (previous Level 2 is not essential for level 3 enrolment) or higher if applicable. We currently pay £8.25 per hour and 30p per mile as well as up to 28 days paid holiday! All applications are subject to an enhanced DBS check, the cost of which is covered by ourselves, satisfactory references covering a 3 year employment history and a 6 month probationary period once in post. Due to the nature of the job role, applicants must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
