About us:
Bladon House School specialises in autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties.
Through our work we also have also developed skills in achieving significant progress and successful outcomes for children and young people with Prader Willi Syndrome.

The Role:
We are seeking care professionals to provide support to the young people of Bladon House School within the home, school and out in the community.
You will plan and support in a variety of activities, recently this has included African Drumming, Bangra Dancing, Circus Skills, Textiles, Skateboarding.
Responsibilities also include updating paperwork, enabling communication, administering medication and delivering personal care.
About you
You must be caring, empathetic, honest, hard working and willing to learn. Previous relevant experience is beneficial but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Candidates must be willingness to undertake accredited courses and mandatory within the time set and to work shifts that include evening and weekends.
It is essential that you have a natural respect of the individuality and dignity of those in our care.
