A fun, exciting, new opportunity to support 3 young adults with learning disabilities who are leaving college and setting up their first home together.
They would like your support to:
- Access employment opportunities
- Volunteer in their community
- Maintain their garden and grow vegetables
- Plan and prepare healthy meals
- Manage their finances and household budget
- Travel and attend Gigs
- Go out and about on day trips
