Kelly is the Resourcing Manager for Hoople Recruitment, overseeing all services provided at the agency. With over 11 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Kelly has extensive knowledge of recruitment and pre-employment procedures, enabling her to support public sector and commercial focused employees and provide a best practice approach to customers alike.
Recruitment Consultant – Schools and Education
Kerry began her recruitment career as part of the in-house team for Hoople and Herefordshire Council vacancies. She now works with Herefordshire schools, colleges and other educational establishments to meet their requirements for temporary supply teachers and permanent leadership, teaching and support staff. Kerry has a wide understanding of all recruitment procedures and policies and prides herself on customer focused working relationships.
Becky Dunsford (maternity leave)
Recruitment Consultant – Commercial
Becky Dunsford is a CIPD qualified HR consultant. She enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring all parties have a positive experience. Becky has been trained in Safer Recruitment, adheres to agency worker regulations, and is available to provide advice and support on screening, matching and placing candidates, advice on CV writing and interview tips.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Nick is a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. After finding his passion for recruitment in his previous role as a recruitment administrator, he knew immediately that a career in recruitment was for him. His current responsibilities at Hoople include resourcing suitable candidates and developing client relationships through a range of activities. He has a great customer focus and a growing knowledge in the services Hoople provides.
In-house and Council recruitment team
The in-house Recruitment and DBS team work with Herefordshire Council and Hoople to fulfil their resourcing needs. The team are experienced in recruiting to both temporary and permanent roles and work to provide a high level service at all times.

The DBS team processes over 6,000 DBS checks per year and have customers across the UK, including schools, care homes, voluntary organisations, children's centres, fostering organisations, GP practices and dental surgeries, to name but a few.
