Hoople’s ‘IT Essentials’ services are designed to keep your technology running day-to-day. All of our packages are flexible to suit your needs and can include all or some of the following:

Service desk

A team of Hoople professionals with expert knowledge about your organisation will be available to you through our service desk. They will be your first point of contact for fixes of all IT support issues, service requests and for new IT requirements. Depending on your needs, other teams will also be on hand to progress your request, from desktop support through to network and infrastructure expertise.

Operations and monitoring  

Hoople keeps your servers, network and desktop equipment running all day, every day.  We offer a remote service to connect your equipment directly to our offices in order to provide alerts, carry out regular checks and identify and rectify any problems.


Hoople is accredited to ISO 27001:2013 standards of Information Security (ref GB14/90704). Together with working to the principles of ISO20000 in IT Service Management and through effective use of a wide range of information security controls and management, we will keep your information safe.
