Following consultation with industry experts, the Government is in the process of introducing apprenticeship standards across all subject areas. These have been developed to improve the quality of apprenticeships and to ensure that apprenticeships continue to meet the needs of employers.
Hoople will be moving to the new apprenticeship standards in customer service when they become available.
