Who is it for?
Supervisors, team leaders, project officers, shift supervisors, shift managers and similar roles.
Are there any entry requirements?
The entry requirement for this apprenticeship will be decided by each employer, but may typically be five GCSEs at Grade C or higher.
If you do not have these qualifications and your employer doesn't specify them as a minimum, the apprenticeship programme will include training in maths and English.
What kind of things will I learn?
A range of knowledge, skills and behaviours will be covered, under the broad headings of:
- Interpersonal excellence
- Organisational performance
- Personal effectiveness
What qualification will I achieve?
On successful completion of this programme, you may choose to register as an associate member of the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership and Management in order to support your professional career development and progression
