Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We’re looking for a proactive and professional Annual Review Co-Ordinator to support our team on a short-term, 2-day basis.
🔍 About the Role
You’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering the Annual Review process for students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). This includes scheduling meetings, liaising with staff and external professionals, preparing documentation, and ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Organise and manage Annual Review meetings

Liaise with teaching staff, parents, local authorities, and external agencies

Prepare and distribute documentation and minutes

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For

Experience in admin or coordination roles, ideally in education or SEND settings

Excellent communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, MIS systems)

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

A positive and flexible attitude
