The role
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be Level 3 qualified in Early Years, or will hold a Level 2 certificate and is willing to take on training. They will lead the day-to-day organisation and high-quality practice within our Nursery. This role suits an experienced practitioner who can inspire others, maintain excellent standards of care and learning, and create a nurturing environment for young children. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and supporting staff, and working closely with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
