An exciting opportunity has arisen for two LSAs to join our successful SEN team.
We are seeking a calm, compassionate and committed individual who understands the diverse needs and challenges faced by teenagers. This is more than just a role; it’s a chance to make a real difference!
Every day, you’ll play a vital part in helping students grow, succeed, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Providing meaningful, tailored support both inside and beyond the classroom.
The successful candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive SEN team and independently under the guidance of the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator.
Relevant experience is desired but not essential.
