We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic Teacher who is passionate about their subject and believes wholeheartedly in the limitless potential of every young person. 

This post is for a permanent Teacher to join a creative and academically successful English Faculty. We teach the Edugas GCSE syllabus and a range of diverse reading and writing activities at KS3. You will have the opportunity to work across the 11-16 age and ability range, enabling all our young people to achieve their personal best.

We are looking for someone with excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills who will be able to work as part of the very successful Communications Faculty team. A willingness to engage with the wider life of the school would be welcomed.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced check and further pre-employment checks will be conducted in accordance with KCSIE. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
