The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for ICT. You will be able to inspire and motivate students, have a strong belief in the limitless potential of young people and be fully committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
In this role, you will teach the ICT curriculum across Key Stages 3 with the aim of introducing Key Stage 4 in the future, help encouraging students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging ICT projects and activities. You will plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality lessons that incorporate the latest technological tools and innovations, while maintaining a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
Applicants should hold a degree in ICT, Computer Science or a related field and have strong knowledge of programming languages, software applications and hardware systems. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a genuine commitment to giving students the very best opportunities in life.
