We have a number of vacancies to join our thriving Nursery, which incorporates our soon to be open 2-Year-Old provision.
At Lord Scudamore Academy Nursery, we provide high-quality care and education, nurturing confident, resilient children with a lifelong love of learning.
Join our caring, committed team in our Nursery – supporting little ones aged 2 years plus in a calm and nurturing environment.
In addition, a 2.5 hour Childrens Superintendent post to run alongside.
Candidates will require:
- Previous experience of working within a Nursery setting
- NVQ Level 3 - Full and Relevant for Early Years
- Paediatric First Aid training
What you will do:
- Plan and deliver rich learning experiences (EYFS-based)
- Observe, support and extend children's learning
- Be a key person for a small group of children
- Promote inclusion, wellbeing and safeguarding
- Maintain accurate records and learning journals
- Work in partnership with parents, carers and professionals
- Help with daily routines, snack prep, and cleaning
- Attend staff training and meetings
