Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving school community? Stretton Sugwas C of E Academy, part of the Orchard Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a passionate and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team in September 2025.

The role:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, Teaching Assistant who:
• Enjoys working with children and has high expectations for their behaviour, and personal development.
• Has a keenness to support children with additional learning needs.
• Is a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• The post holder will assist the classroom teacher and work with small groups of children in Year 3 to support their learning needs.
• Experience of working with children with additional learning needs would be desirable, but not essential as training can be offered in post.
• Values the Christian ethos of our academy and fosters a caring and supportive environment.
