St Peters Primary school is part of the Three Counties Academy Trust (TCAT) which includes Queen Elizabeth High School and three local Primary schools.
St Peters Primary is an inspiring one form entry primary, serving the rural town of Bromyard. We are seeking a kind and nurturing individual to supervise and ensure the safety of children throughout the mid-day break. The chosen candidates will support our pupils by encouraging children to treat each other with respect and to follow the school's Behaviour Policy.
It is expected the successful applicant will:
- have high expectations of pupil behaviour
- be committed to creating an exceptionally positive environment for pupils
- have good personal communication skills and ability to relate well to children
- have an ability to work as part of a team and willingness to be flexible and accommodating in their approach
- be hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient
- have a First Aid qualification, or be willing to complete one
- have a strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of all children
