Sutton Primary Academy, on the outskirts of Hereford is an exciting place to be, full of happy, confident, well-motivated children and an enthusiastic and dedicated team of staff. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual with a passion for SEND to join our friendly team from September 2025.
About this role
We currently have a vacancy for an SEN Level 1 Teaching Assistant for 14 hours per week over 3 days to support a child at Sutton Primary Academy with specific physical and communication needs. This position will then reduce to 2 days per week as of 1st January 2026.
Also, a 3 hour over 3 days post to run alongside as a Childrens Superintendent will also reduce to 2 hours over 2 days from 1st January 2026.
The successful candidate will:

- be able to use own initiative to adapt tasks and activities according to the needs and abilities of the children in the group
- have excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and other professionals
