The Beacon College is an outstanding, state of the art specialist 16-19 college for young people with
SEND and complex learning needs. As part of Accordia Academies Trust, due to our continued growth, we
are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and creative Tutor/Teacher to join our expanding team.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and passionate about education
• A strong advocate for young people with SEND
• Committed to delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment
• Able to stretch and support students to reach their full potential and prepare for successful,
independent lives
Experience working with students with SEND is desirable but not essential – what truly matters is your
drive, creative, and commitment to make a difference. Whether you’re primary or secondary trained, your
experience and enthusiasm will be valued here.
