Due to a recent promotion within the Wellbeing and Emotional Support Teams (WEST), Herefordshire team we are now seeking a qualified EMHP/CWP/Wellbeing practitioner to join our fantastic team.

The WEST team are a forward thinking, supportive and hardworking team that are continuously developing as individuals and a service. We provide high quality, evidence-based CBT interventions to Children and Young People in Schools and focus on a Whole School Approach to make the schools we work with a mentally healthy environment for CYP.

We will provide you with resources to develop and progress should this be something you wish to do, as well as flexibility and a wealth of support, making the WEST environment a great place to work.  This post will be a combination of home working/school based and office based within Herefordshire and will be discussed at interview.

We are a busy team, covering 38 schools and expanding into higher education colleges in Herefordshire. You will be delivering low intensity CBT interventions (1:1 or group) in your aligned schools as well as delivering Whole School Approach activities, keeping the CYP at the heart of everything you do.

Under the support of operational lead, clinical lead, and senior practitioners you will manage a caseload of patients and complete assessments, care plans and other relevant documentation whilst maintaining the fidelity of the low intensity CBT model.

It is essential that candidates can meet the travel requirements commitments of the post.
