About The Role
We are recruiting for our Support team!
Fixed term contract until 31st March 2024
Full time role (some flexibility with hours required)
The Hope Centre is a charitable organisation based in Bromyard supporting local people in Bromyard and surrounding areas
Our small team offers advice, guidance and support in a non-judgemental and respectful way
We connect the local community together in the Centre and in the community through events and activities that bring people together
We create a safe, warm and friendly environment for everyone
Based in Bromyard, you will need a car and clean driving license to visit people at home and deliver groups and support in the community locally
This role requires you to work in a team and on a one-to-one basis and hold cases
Evaluation and reporting are a key part of the role, as is case management
You’ll have NVQ level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care, Childcare, Education, Social care or equivalent
Enhanced DBS clearance and excellent references are essential
You will need your own car and a full UK driving license
