We are seeking to appoint a committed and dedicated Site Manager to join our Premises Team. The team is responsible for security, health and safety, cleaning and maintenance of our large school site.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a good communicator and able to liaise effectively with staff, students, parents, visitors and a range of outside contractors.
- Be willing to undertake a wide range of practical tasks.
- Be aware of Health and Safety requirements and prepared to undertake further training as necessary
- Be prepared to track and manage routine safety audits and checks.
- Be computer literate – able to use email and log on to online management systems.
- Have experience of managing a team.
- Be prepared to work a shift system which will involve some evening and weekend duties.
