The Governors would like to appoint an enthusiastic and positive SEN TA Level 1 and Lunchtime Supervisor, combined into one role, who will also support one of our pupils with additional needs and also be part of our Lunchtime Supervisor Team.

We are looking for:
· Experience with children with additional needs.
· The ability to work alongside teachers and other colleagues from outside agencies
· A commitment to inclusive practice and an ability to support children to be included in all activities on their learning journeys.
· To work confidentially, efficiently and use your own initiative.
· Flexibility, resilience and have the ability to work as part of a team under the direction of the SENCO and class teacher.
· Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude.
· Ability to deliver the child’s intervention programmes maintaining careful progress records and providing feedback to the class teacher.
· Willingness to attend meetings and training.
