We require a Data Manager to join Earl Mortimer College.

Data Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Being responsible for the management of the Brom Com and 4matrix information systems (experience with any other management information systems is welcomed)
  • Producing data reports
  • Developing and providing student performance data for analysis, managing the creation and maintenance of grade sets, mark sheets and report templates for the collection and distribution of data
  • Maintaining accurate assessment records for all students
  • Assisting in the production and distribution of pupil reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of school performance data
  • Providing data to external agencies
  • Managing data analysis to produce reports for SLT Line Manager
  • Managing CATs and NGRT reading data
  • Making use of external data systems such as FFT Live , RaiseOnline and Aspire
  • Completing the school’s statutory returns and third party requests for information including the School Census Return
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality with all work, with due regard to data protection

 

This role will also involve general administration tasks including answering telephone calls and undertaking Reception duties as and when required.
