We are looking to recruit a Senior Play Leader / Lunchtime Support Worker to join our established team at Earl Mortimer College. The main purpose of the job is to provide a safe and fun environment at lunchtime for the students of our school.

The successful candidate will be required to supervise and monitor students during the lunch break, organising a wide range of activities and encouraging students to participate in games which will be tailored to their interests and needs.

We would like to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience of working with children / young adults
  • Know how to encourage and support positive participation
  • Can lead and develop games and activities
  • Are a good team player
  • Have a first aid qualification or are willing to train for one
