Senior Play Leader / Lunchtime Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a Senior Play Leader / Lunchtime Support Worker to join our established team at Earl Mortimer College. The main purpose of the job is to provide a safe and fun environment at lunchtime for the students of our school.

The successful candidate will be required to supervise and monitor students during the lunch break, organising a wide range of activities and encouraging students to participate in games which will be tailored to their interests and needs.

We would like to hear from you if you:

• Have experience of working with children / young adults
• Know how to encourage and support positive participation
• Can lead and develop games and activities
• Are a good team player
• Have a first aid qualification or are willing to train for one

 

Earl Mortimer College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced check and further pre-employment checks will be conducted in accordance with KCSIE.
