Leominster Primary School is entering an exciting new chapter with the appointment of a new Headteacher from September 2026. We are now seeking a dynamic, committed and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our school.

We are looking for someone who:

·         Has a track record of excellent classroom practice and school improvement

·         Can lead and manage change with vision and empathy

·         Is committed to the development of the whole child and is committed to driving inclusion in the school

·         Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships across the whole school community

·         Will work close in partnership with the New Headteacher to drive forward our strategic priorities and school priorities and school improvement plans
