Trinity Primary School is looking for two positive, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

We have two exciting opportunities available — one supporting pupils in Key Stage 1 and one in Key Stage 2.

These are varied and rewarding roles, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to children's learning, development and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will help pupils to achieve their potential by:

  • Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom
  • Working with small groups of pupils
  • Providing individual support to children where needed
  • Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and engagement with learning
  • Working positively with teachers and other members of the school team
  • Contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Committed to helping children learn and thrive
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Able to build positive relationships with children and colleagues

first aid qualification, or a willingness to undertake appropriate training, would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and further pre-employment checks will be undertaken in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
