About the Role
We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for inclusivity, with the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of our children, to join our growing team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a range of experience working with children
- Have the ability to relate to pupils’ experiences
- Be an active listener with a strong sense of empathy to create supportive learning environments
- Bring prior external experience to the role and a fresh perspective
- Work collaboratively within our passionate team
- Be open to adjusting teaching methods and activities to accommodate pupils’ needs
